Bad Credit Home Loans

Can I obtain a Home Loan if I have bad credit?

Bad credit cannot hide from a credit report, but there are ways to help your credit report become corrected. To help with credit errors or misunderstandings, a letter can be written to the creditor or letters can be incorporated with your credit report. There are sometimes unexpected influences such as, the sudden loss of a job, a job lay off, or an illness. The creditor or lender may change their view of your credit history when they are given an explanation of the circumstances. Documentation concerning reasons for failing to pay debts should also be provided. Credit report agencies by law are required to include such letters, as well as the documentation proving the reasons for debt failure.
